Web Portal For Product Certification and Renewal

Simply log on to certification.heartcheckmark.org(link opens in new window) to submit new products for certification or renew products already certified.

Here's how it works. As an authorized brand manager in our product database and online system, your email address will be your username. The default password will be foodcert (all lower case). You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.

In addition to submitting products online for review and renewal, you can also pay certification fees through our secure web portal and upload product packaging for review. Payment options include credit card, electronic funds transfer or paper check.

Remember, our paperless online application and renewal system has replaced all manual submission processes.
