Procurement Services Department

The AHA Procurement Services Department provides procurement support to the AHA for quality products and services that meet customer needs and expectations, ensure responsible financial guidelines, and promote the integrity of the organization.

We are a group of sourcing and procurement professionals with multiple years’ experience supporting business operations. We have various levels of subject matter expertise and support supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, management and implementation through the following activities:

  • Sourcing
  • Supplier selection/qualification
  • RFP creation and review
  • Contract review/management and implementation
  • Negotiations
  • Implementation
  • PO Facilitation
  • Ongoing supplier management and reporting
