Love bringing fresh ideas to your child's school? Then it’s time for you to learn more about Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge!

It's time for your student's school to take the Challenge!

Students:

  • Participate in age-appropriate, heart-healthy activities
  • Learn about physical and emotional well-being
  • Raise funds to save lives
  • Gain empathy for kids with special hearts
  • Give back to their communities
  • Learn compassion through volunteerism and service learning

If you’re interested in bringing the Challenge to your child’s school, speak with your administration and share the benefits of participating.

Once your school is registered, you as a parent will receive information about how to support activities and fundraising.

Elementary School Activities

Warrior

Our exciting warrior program builds strength and self-confidence with an obstacle course. Students jump over hurdles, sprint through cones, climb over barriers and master pull-ups in a day packed with fun.

Dance

It’s time to drop everything and dance! Our dance program combines movement, music and fun. Students learn new dance moves while shadowing the leader, showcase their special moves in dance-offs and get their hearts pumping.

Hoops

Our hoops program combines competition and character-building activities. Students can participate in dribbling and free-throw contests, three-on-three tournaments and even teachers-versus-students games!

Jump

Designed to get hearts pumping, build agility and make heart-healthy activity fun, our jump rope program is a long-time favorite. Kids will enjoy a variety of jump rope activities, including relays, Double Dutch, tricks, competitions and more!
