September Meetup: Advances in Stroke Rehab and Recovery

Held September 28

A stroke can change many aspects of daily life, but recovery is a journey that continues long after leaving the hospital. Recovery looks different for every person. Through rehabilitation, support and ongoing medical care, many survivors continue to make meaningful progress for months and even years after their stroke.

At our latest Stroke Meetup, we explored the latest evidence-based recommendations and research on stroke recovery. Together, we discussed important questions, including:

  • How can I better recover from my stroke?
  • What are the most effective stroke treatments and therapies?
  • How long does rehab and recovery take?
