Intracranial hemorrhage: Reversal of anticoagulant, antiplatelet and thrombolytic agents

Spontaneous ICH and SAH

Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage

NEU IP Intracerebral Hemorrhage 

Initiate NRS IP Post External Ventricular Drain Insertion order short set if EVD present, initiate IP GEN Blood Transfusion Order set to order any blood products, and initiate the Gen IP Telemetry/Cardiac Monitoring order set as needed.

Intracranial Hemorrhage: Reversal of anticoagulant, antiplatelet and thrombolytic agents

Non-traumatic/spontaneous intracranial hemorrhages and intraventricular hemorrhages - plus subdural hemorrhages without underlying significant parenchymal traumatic brain injury
