About Mission: Lifeline®

Mission: Lifeline is the American Heart Association's national initiative to advance the system of care for patients with acute, high-risk time sensitive life and/or quality of life threatening disease states, such as ST Elevate Myocardial Infarction (STEMI Heart Attack), Non-ST Elevated Myocardial Infarction (NSTEMI Heart Attack), Stroke and Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest.

About Mission: Lifeline Alaska
Mission: Lifeline Alaska is a collaborative project designed to enhance heart attack care for all Alaskans. Working with hospitals, clinics, emergency medical service (EMS) providers, the Alaska Department of Health and other health professionals, the goal is to save lives through the deployment of clinical training resources and information grounded in the latest science.

Mission: Lifeline Alaska Public Education Campaign

Mission: Lifeline Alaska launched a public education campaign designed to encourage Alaskans to learn the warning signs of a heart attack and to call 911 or local emergency services if a heart attack is suspected. Watch these videos to hear from Mission: Lifeline Alaska volunteer medical experts. Quick action saves lives.
