Educational Materials and Merchandise

Are you looking for educational materials or health-related gifts and prizes for your event? 

 
Products, such as brochures, posters, magnets, cookbooks, t-shirts, hats, water bottles and more, can be purchased at shopheart.org. Proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.

Downloadable Materials: Copyright Use Agreement

In consideration of being able to use, print or download these materials, you warrant and represent that you are:
  • a non-profit organization, medical institution (including hospitals and healthcare professionals), or educational institution (hereafter; Institution) and your only use of the materials will be to distribute them at no charge, in hard copy, at a local health fair or educational event, or
  • an organization, including for-profit companies, using these materials internally to educate your own employees.

and you agree to:

  • not print your Institution’s logo on the materials. Institution may add a “stick-on” label with Institution's contact information, such as name, phone number and address, to the pages
  • acknowledge the American Heart Association's ownership of the copyright, title, trademarks and all other related rights in and to the materials and will not claim any ownership interest therein
  • not reuse any portion of the materials for other purposes, including but not limited to images embedded in the materials, without express permission.
  • not assign or grant permission to reproduce this material to any third party
  • not store or post the materials on your intranet or websites
  • follow our Linking Policy when linking to American Heart Association materials.

  • Answers by Heart Information Sheets. These patient information sheets present information in a question-and-answer format that's brief, easy to follow and easy to read. They can help people prepare for visits with their health care professionals. Topics include preventing heart attack, quitting smoking, managing blood pressure, cholesterol, weight and exercise.
  • Let's Talk About Stroke Information Sheets. These patient information sheets, created by the American Stroke Association, present information in a question-and-answer format that's brief, easy to follow and easy to read. They can help people prepare for visits with their health care professionals.
  • Life's Essential 8 Fact Sheets - Life's Essential 8 are the key measures for improving and maintaining cardiovascular health, as defined by the American Heart Association.
