What is HCM Center Certification?
A new designation for delivering integrated, patient-centered hypertrophic cardiomyopathy care. HCM certification recognizes institutions that demonstrate a commitment to coordinated, evidence-based care across the end-to-end patient journey.
Built on the American Heart Association’s rigorous certification framework, this program is currently in the feasibility testing phase with a small cohort of early adopter programs.
