- Select a time period for which this authorization is valid if asked. (We recommend choosing one year.)
- Agree to share your data.
- Return to the app experience once the data transfer process is complete.
A: You can select which medical records or portions of your medical records you would like to share with the Healthy Living BEYOND Weight Study.

A: 1up Health, through their 1up Patient Connect system, provides a trusted and secure way for you to connect your EHR data. When connecting your EHR data through the Healthy Living BEYOND Weight Study mobile app or website, you will be redirected to the 1up Patient Connect system.
A: Every Health System has different requirements for how long your EHR data authorization lasts. It is important for the Healthy Living BEYOND Weight Study team to have access to new information over the course of the study. If your authorization expires with the Health System while you are still enrolled in the study, we may ask you to reconnect. To do so, go to the “Discover” tab for EHR connection and follow the reconnection instructions.
