Kelly Grose

As Executive Vice President, Grose serves as the top staff executive for the Eastern States Region of the American Heart Association, overseeing all aspects of health, revenue and operations for a large portion of the Eastern seaboard, including 13 states from Maine to Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Grose previously served as the Associate Executive Vice President for Eastern States from 2019-2023. During that time, she played a key leadership role in orchestrating the realignment from three affiliates into a single region. Since assuming the role of Executive Vice President in 2023, the team has consistently met key health and revenue objectives. In Fiscal Year 2024-2025, Eastern States achieved a historic milestone - growing Total Field Revenue to $100.3 million, the highest in the region’s history.

Prior to her relocation to Eastern States, Grose held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Western States Region. She began her career with the Association in 2005 in Orange County, California as a Senior Heart Walk Director, before being promoted to Executive Director for the market. After several successful years in Orange County, she became the Senior Vice President for the Greater Phoenix Division, and later an Affiliate Development Officer for Western States, managing seven markets across Arizona, Southern California and Hawaii.

In all these roles, Grose has proven herself as a strong manager and exceptional teambuilder with a vision for growth and opportunity.

Grose holds a degree from Arizona State University. She and her husband, Aaron, reside in Virginia Beach with their two children.
