Easy Steps to Fry Right

Fats - French Fries (restaurant resources header) Fried foods are popular, but they can be high in saturated and trans fats, which can contribute to higher LDL (“bad”) blood cholesterol levels and heart disease. The American Heart Association encourages people to limit the quantities of deep-fried foods. 

However, you can lower the fat content in fried food, and increase the fry life of your oil/fat. Just follow these steps:
