Survivors, community teams, corporate teams and thousands of supporters step out for the Heart and Stroke Walk in Seattle and Tacoma every year.
 
Walk or run a non-competitive 5K or the one-mile survivor route walk.  Whether you dash or stroll, you’ll have a fun time at the Heart and Stroke Walk in support of a great cause. The walk is open to all ages, and features activities for the whole family. Survivors of heart disease and stroke get honorary red caps.

Proceeds from the Heart and Stroke Walk is devoted to saving people from heart disease and stroke – America’s No. 1 and No. 4 killers. Your donations fund innovative research, fight for stronger public health policies, and provide lifesaving tools and information to prevent and treat these diseases.
