In 2013-2014,  42 Nebraska worksites received Fit-Friendly Awards: 26 Gold Level, 13 Platinum Level, 2 Worksite Innovation Recognition, and 1 Community Innovation Recognition. Nationally we recognized 4,253 worksites representing more than 10 million people.

Fit-Friendly Worksites are recognized following two application cycles (Nov. 1 and April 1) by the American Heart Association as employers who go above and beyond when it comes to their employees' health.
