Each Training Center will manage and resolve any disputes, complaints, or problems that arise from a class or skills session offered by the Training Center. The AHA is not responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Training Center or its business practices and will not become involved in the resolution of any disputes, complaints, or problems arising from classes or skills sessions.
