Do you want to evaluate your hospital’s performance when it comes to neonatal delivery CPA events?  The Get With The Guidelines®-Resuscitation Neonatal Delivery CPA Event form is NOW LIVE!  Try it today!

A new Get With The Guidelines®-Resuscitation form group was launched on October 19th.  This NEW form group allows Get With The Guidelines-Resuscitation hospitals to specifically capture data on resuscitation provided to newly born infants who undergo cardiopulmonary arrest (CPA) during transition from intrauterine to extrauterine life. This event form group is for the newly born infant, and is intended to allow your facility to capture data on CPA events in infants at the time of birth.
Get With The Guidelines-Resuscitation is the American Heart Association’s collaborative quality improvement program demonstrated to improve adherence to evidence-based care of patients who experience an in-hospital resuscitation event or received post cardiac arrest care following an in-hospital or out-of -hospital event. The program collects data from hospitals across the U.S. that is used to provide participating hospitals with feedback on their resuscitation practice and patient outcomes as well as to develop new evidence-based guidelines. The primary goal of Get With The Guidelines-Resuscitation is to help hospital teams save more lives threatened by cardiopulmonary emergencies through consistent application of the most up-to-date scientific guidelines for in-hospital resuscitation and post cardiac resuscitation care.

The program provides hospitals with a Web-based Patient Management Tool™ (powered by Outcome, A Quintiles Company), decision support, robust registry, real-time benchmarking capabilities and other performance improvement methodologies toward the goal of enhancing patient outcomes and saving lives.
