PROCESSES FOR SUBMITTING EMPLOYEE DATA (PDF)

For the Performance Measures section of the AHA Index, organizations submit employee level data for the seven LS7 metrics, which are stored in CloudMine, a secure HIPAA-compliant database. Organizations can submit performance metrics via four processes. This document provides an overview of each option.

2016 vs. 2017 Enhancements (PDF)

The AHA Index is a voluntary, online continuous quality improvement platform that allows organizations to assess the comprehensiveness of their workplace health programs and the overall heart health of their workforce. To improve the quality of the tool, we gathered feedback from 2016 AHA Index users, the CEO Roundtable, the Workplace Health Steering Committee and AHA Staff responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the AHA Index. Changes to the Index for 2017 are summarized in this document.
