If you are part of a STEMI or cardiac resuscitation system of care, please take a few moments to help the Mission: Lifeline initiative and patients by completing the online questionnaire, which will register your system with Mission: Lifeline. By leveraging the data you and others in systems provide, we can improve quality of care for patients and ultimately save lives. You can also become a part of Mission: Lifeline through your hospital's participation in ACTION Registry–GWTG. Improving patient outcomes is an important goal for Mission: Lifeline. Once your hospital participates in the ACTION Registry–GWTG, your hospital may be eligible for Mission: Lifeline's Hospital Recognition Program by meeting the quality measures outlines in the program. Mission: Lifeline also offers an accreditation program with the Society of Chest Pain Centers that hospitals may qualify for after receiving recognition as either a bronze, silver or gold recipient.
