LOGGING INTO YOUR SCHOOL PAGE – If you are a Coordinator, we have already created a webpage for you and your school.  To get started, all you have to do is log into your school’s online webpage.  Here's how …
Step 1: Log in to your HeartQuarters web page by visiting www.heart.org/jump or www.heart.org/hoops and click on the ‘Login Here’ button.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password in the upper left hand corner of the page and click the Login button.
How do I know what my username and password is?  You will receive an email approximately 10 weeks before your event with your Username and a Password Reset link.  If you did not receive this email you can request the information by clicking the words that say ‘Forgot Username and/or Password’ and filling out the required information.  If this does not work for you, please contact your local AHA representative for further instructions.
Step 3: You will be taken to the My HQ Page.  From this page, you can print your Team Participant report, email your team, customize your school page and much, much more!



SET YOUR OVERALL SCHOOL GOALS – Now you can enter your School Team’s OVERALL golas on your webpage!  Here’s how…
Step 1: Log in to your HeartQuarters web page by visiting www.heart.org/jump or www.heart.org/hoops and click on the ‘Login Here’ button.  Enter your Username and Password in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Step 2: In your My HQ page, click on the ‘Set School Goal’ button in the Steps to Success section.
Step 3: The school information window will open.  You may set or update your school’s overall goal under Money Goal and number of participants goal under People Goal.  Click the ‘Submit’ button to save your changes.
               Note:  Please do not alter the information that is in the Owner or Team Group field.
Step 4: Now that you have updated your goals, you will need to go to your School Page to see them.  Click on the ‘Go to School Page ‘ button on your My HQ page to launch your school page and view your updated goals.



SEND EMAILS TO YOUR PARTICIPANTS – Did you know you can email your registered participants? Here’s how…
Step 1: Log in to your HeartQuarters web page by visiting www.heart.org/jump or www.heart.org/hoops and click on the ‘Login Here’ button.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Send Email to School Team’ button in the Quick Links section Email Activity section of your My HQ page.
Step 3: You will be taken to your Email center.  Click on the ‘Address Book’ link in the Compose Email Message box.
Step 4: Click on the View By drop down and choose All Team Members.
Step 5: Use the check boxes to select the contacts that you wish to receive your email and click the ‘Send Email to Selected Contacts’ button.
Step 6: Update the Salutation if you like and choose from the dropdown how you would like the Recipient Name to appear.  Click ‘Save.’
Step 7: You will return to the Compose Email Message page.  Write your email and click ‘Send Email.’



PRINT A TEAM PARTICIPANT REPORT - When it’s time to turn in your banking forms, please print out and include your Team Participant Report so your students get credit for the ONLINE donations they received.  Here’s how…
Step 1: Log in to your HeartQuarters web page by visiting www.heart.org/jump or www.heart.org/hoops and click on the ‘Login Here’ button.  Enter your username and password in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Pull a Team Report’ button in the Quick Links section of your My HQ page.
Step 3: You will be taken to your Reports page.  The Team Report will appear.  Once the report runs, go to File>Print in your webpage menu.  Don’t forget to put your printed report in your event banking envelope!



HOW TO MAKE A PERSONAL DONATION - A great way to kick off your fundraising efforts is to make a Personal Donation. Here’s how…
Step 1: Log in to your HeartQuarters web page by visiting www.heart.org/jump or www.heart.org/hoops and click on the ‘Login Here’ button.  Enter your Username and password in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
Step 2:  Scroll down and click on the ‘Make a Personal Donation’ button under Quick Links.
Step 3:  A Make a Donation pop up box will appear. Choose a giving level amount and click the ‘Donate’ button. 
Step 4: Complete the Donation Form and click the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 5: The Dedication box will appear. Customize the recognition that you would like to receive on the Honor Roll scroll bar on the participant’s webpage and click ‘Continue.’
Step 6: A Share With Your Friends screen will pop up. Enter a message that you would like to share via social media and click on the program/s that you would like to use.  Once you are done, click the Publish button or click the “X” in the upper right hand corner of the pop up box to skip this step.
             Note:  A donation confirmation will appear on your screen. You may print out this page to create a donation receipt for your records. You will also receive a donation confirmation via email.
