Infants and Diet
  • Updated:Oct 26,2012
The American Heart Association does not advocate a specific diet for infants under 2 years of age.

We have specific dietary recommendations for healthy children age 2 and older and for healthy American adults.

For specific dietary recommendations for infants, parents or guardians should consult their pediatrician.
