Description
After you find out how good these patties are, you’ll want to try them in sandwiches and even as a dinner entrée.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey breast, skin discarded before grinding
1/4 cup plain fine dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon salt-free Italian herb seasoning
1 1/4 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup plain fine dry bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the broth.
Add the chicken broth. Stir again. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Form into 8 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 7 to 8 minutes on each side, or until done.

Cook's Tip
Select a piece of skinless turkey breast and ask the butcher to grind it. The ground turkey already in the meat case often contains skin.
