Go Red Sunday
With the help of churches in greater Philadelphia area, Go Red Sunday raises awareness around women and heart disease by bringing health messaging to churches throughout the city. Churches host a Go Red Sunday service during Heart Month in February or any Sunday of their choice. So far over 50 churches have participated, reaching over 8,000 women in 2013.

Go Red “Por Tu Corazon”
The annual Latina Luncheon targets Latina women through the Go Red “Por Tu Corazon” movement. This luncheon is delivered entirely in Spanish and focuses specifically on educating Latina women on their risk of heart disease and stroke as well as providing screenings, information and presentations on nutrition, physical activity and preventative measures. This year’s luncheon had more than 200 people in attendance.
