Information will be relayed through a combination of expert panel, interactive workshops and printed materials designed to educate, inspire and provide tools participants can use to make personal lifestyle changes to support improved cardiovascular health. Participants will also be encouraged to help improve the heart-health of their families, friends and neighbors by sharing educational materials and serving as an example of how to implement easy and doable positive changes, with one small change at a time approach.

The American Heart Association, Go Red For Women and the Harlem Stars for Heart Committee invite you to come and be a Shining Star for Harlem.
