Wear Red Day
National Wear Red Day is the first Friday in February every year. On Wear Red Day people all across the country wear red in support of the Go Red For Women movement. From events such as fashion shows and community cooking demonstrations to the Philadelphia 76ers Go Red Night, the city literally turns red every February to raise awareness about women and heart disease.

A celebration of the Go Red For Women cause held in an intimate setting for guests to network, mingle and enjoy! This was a way for women to personally support this cause in a fun and unique way! Over 40 auction items were collected during the Gift Gathering Party, which accounted for 90% of the total auction items featured at the silent auction during the luncheon. The Executive Leadership Breakfast
An event designed to recruit new individuals to the Executive & Corporate Leadership Teams, who will further engage their businesses and communities in the Go Red For Women movement. This year over 40 high level executives attended the breakfast for a chance to learn more about the Go Red campaign. Sarah Peterson, then Marketing executive of Main Line Health, lead the charge at the event.
The Go Red for Women Luncheon
The cornerstone event for the year-round campaign focused on heightening awareness of the No. 1 killer while generating funds to support education and research. This is a celebration of all of the hard-work put forth by many of our volunteers who drive this initiative all year long. This year we attracted more than 750 attendees and featured two honorees: Eliana Papadakis and Justice Sandra Schultz Newman. These dynamic women worked diligently to engage others to take action and help save the lives of millions of women who are at risk. Our thanks go out to Donna Phillips of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital and JoAnn Magnatta of Main Line Health for being our Go Red co-champions this year.
