Heart disease has already touched you or someone you love, so help us save a woman's life today.

Make It Your Mission to fight heart disease in women by joining the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women® initiative.  Go Red For Women is our national call to increase awareness of heart disease and stroke, and to inspire women to take charge of their heart health.  This year Go Red For Women asks you to bring your nework into our network.  Tell 5 women you care about that you want them to live.  Give 5 women you care about the power to save their lives at GoRedForWomen.org.

Join us as we kick off American Heart Month and the Go Red For Women campaign for 2012 in Dayton on Thursday February 2 at the Dayton Racquet Club.  This free event will feature food, entertainment, health screenings, and information about how you can join the Go Red For Women movement and fight the No. 1 killer of ALL women.

Don’t forget to "Wear Red" on Friday, February, 3, 2012 - National Wear Red Day - in honor of the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women movement.  National Wear Red Day supports awareness, research, education and community programs to benefit women - advancing women’s understanding about their risk for heart disease and providing tools and motivation to help them reduce their risk and protect their health.
