Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) developed the HEADS UP campaign to provide concussion education and tools to coaches, parents, school professionals, and health care providers. The HEADS UP campaign offers important information on protecting children and teens from concussions and other serious brain injuries.

The mission of the Korey Stringer Institute is to provide research, education, advocacy, and consultation to maximize performance, optimize safety and prevent sudden death in the athlete, soldier, and laborer. The Korey Stringer Institute is housed in the College of Agriculture, Health and Nature Resources at the University of Connecticut.

National Athletic Trainers’ Association
National Athletic Trainers’ Association is the professional membership association for athletic trainers. Their mission is to enhance the quality of health care provided by certified athletic trainers and to advance the athletic training profession. NATA promotes Back to Sports to its members and helped provide a thorough review of the Back To Sports program content.
