Watermelon and Strawberry Salsa

Description

Whether served at room temperature or chilled, this refreshing salsa is terrific with no-salt-added baked tortilla chips or spooned over fat-free vanilla yogurt.

Ingredients

1/2 cup diced watermelon
1/2 cup diced strawberries
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons honey

Cooking Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to two days to serve chilled.
