I owe a lot of this, to my wife. She is always optimistic.

I have a past history with alcohol. Gave it up in 2002. I learned I had diabetes in a routine office visit, to my Dr. in 2001.  My wife and I have been able to keep it under control, since being diagnosed.

I was a litle bummed out, at first, but am coping very well now. I manage most of my diabetes with diet. Also, walk as often as I can. I owe a lot of this, to my wife. She is always optimistic.
