The American Heart Association / American Stroke Association’s 2011-12 Annual Report describes how we fulfill our mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The report showcases the year’s accomplishments, recognizes the many supporters who provided generous gifts to support our lifesaving work, and details revenue and spending for the fiscal year.
