PLEASE NOTE: AHA Instructors must provide their AHA Instructor Network Instructor ID# to register. Instructors can find this number in the "Welcome" box in the upper right-hand corner of the AHA Instructor Network site. Instructors must be logged in to view this number.

EVENT SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
There will be a complimentary shuttle on Friday, November 12, running to and from the Hilton Chicago to the ECC Guidelines Instructor Conference at McCormick Place. If you are not staying at the Hilton, you may still take this shuttle from the Hilton.

• Breakout sessions for each discipline on how to incorporate new science, education and training methods into the courses you teach
• A fourth educational track for Instructor development and enrichment

This conference will be held prior to the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions and the Resuscitation Science Symposium (ReSS).

• It’s the FIRST opportunity after the Guidelines release for AHA Instructors to receive their required guidelines Instructor update from the AHA. (ECCU is almost a month later than the AHA conference.)
• Instructors will learn direct from AHA science experts, volunteers and staff what the new Guidelines mean for teaching lifesaving CPR and ECC courses.
• Format provides a comprehensive science update, plus sessions for each discipline. BLS, ACLS and PALS sessions will be offered multiple times throughout the day, so that Instructors who teach more than one discipline can receive all necessary updates.
