Dear Friend of Heart,

Creating a world free of heart disease and stroke – a world where everyone can achieve the best possible health is what drives us. To that end, we continually review how we best utilized our resources to support our mission. At this time, it has been decided that we will not implement the Go Red For Women Luncheon in 2018.

We are grateful for the on-going support from the Pioneer Valley community which is helping us achieve our life-saving mission. With your help, we will continue to raise awareness about the vital effect lifestyle has on health, increase opportunities for people to incorporate physical activity into their everyday lives, make more healthy food available and affordable, invest in scientific research and fuel discovery and empower citizens to take informed action on local and state policies. And, we will continue to serve the people of the Pioneer Valley with our mission focused programs and events such as Go Red For Women awareness and education efforts including National Wear Red Day; youth market initiatives in the elementary and middle schools, educating kids on the importance of exercise and healthy eating; and our Pioneer Valley Stroke Survivors and Caregivers Forum taking place on May 9, 2018.

For those that have worked together with us on past Heart Walks and Luncheons, we truly thank you. Your continued support helps fund our life-saving mission and efforts to create a healthier Pioneer Valley community. If you would like to make a heart-felt donation to continue to support our research and education, please visit our online giving page.
