Heart disease is the number one cause of death for Hispanic women. The Vestido Rojo conference is being held in conjunction with Go Red Por Tu Corazon, the American Heart Association’s nationwide movement that celebrates the energy, passion and power of Hispanic women to band together and wipe out heart disease. Vestido Rojo is an initiative, de todo corazón, to address the needs of Hispanic women in Austin.
Become a Madrina and do your part to help fight heart disease and stroke. As a Madrina, you will serve as a hostess for a table of ten in order to help women get the message of heart health. There is no cost to attend, just a promise to help spread awareness. Madrinas will be honored at the event with a special gift of thanks.
