Tampa Bay Together to End Stroke Campaign

Frontier Communications – the local Together to End Stroke cause sponsor – and the American Heart Association have teamed up to prevent, beat and treat stroke.

Throughout the year, we’re recognizing local Stroke Heroes. Stroke Heroes are stroke survivors, stroke caregivers, medical professional and researchers dedicated to saving lives from stroke, and bystander “heroes” who have successfully called 9-1-1 by recognizing the warning signs of a stroke.

To nominate someone for a Stroke Heroes Award, please send your story to TampaStrokeHeroes@heart.org.
