Power Up!  It's Time to Make a Change
Multiple Grammy and Dove Award winner Kirk Franklin will be speaking on behalf of the American Heart Association about the risk of stroke and how it can be prevented through lifestyle changes. Stroke is the No. 4 cause of death in America, and it is particularly devastating in the African American community. This free event includes: health screenings, heart-healthy cooking demonstrations, Zumba, Line Dancing, Hands-Only CPR, performance by Psalm 150 and a keynote presentation by Kirk Franklin.
