Survivor Elizabeth Greene Elizabeth Greene, AHA speaker and You’re the Cure advocate, suffered a heart attack at age 35.

Mission Lifeline Logo

Mission: Lifeline is the American Heart Association's national initiative to advance the systems of care for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). The overarching goal of the initiative is to reduce mortality and morbidity for STEMI patients and to improve their overall quality of care. To meet the needs of the patient throughout the continuum of care, Mission: Lifeline uses a community-based, multidisciplinary, patient-centric approach.
