My Heart. My Life. is focused on healthy living and creating healthy mindsets through education, advocacy, and community efforts that reinforce the value of eating well and being physically active. Through My Heart. My Life. the Heart Walk has been transformed into an opportunity for people to improve their health by walking--while simultaneously raising funds to help fight heart disease and stroke.
This fun-filled event will include a 1- or 3-mile walk, music, and an informational health fair. An expected 2,000 walkers will participate in the event to fund cardiovascular research and education.
