 | The 2012 Heart Walk will honor Darrell Beck (left), a local philanthropist who passed away from a heart attack in April of 2011. Darrell Beck and his family supported several Decatur organizations such as the Easter Seals, Millikin University, United Way, St. Theresa School and many more. The Beck Charitable Fund has given hundreds of thousands of dollars to the community. The American Heart Association is honored to recognize Darrell Beck and his family at this year’s event. |
