Hands Only CPR Tour Comes to New Hampshire

Updated:Feb 25,2015

4 out of 5 cardiac arrests happen at home. Would you know what to do if a loved one suddenly collapsed? Join us for an amazing disco party where you can learn a lifesaving technique called Hands-Only CPR!  Why disco ? “Stayin’ Alive” by the Bee Gees has more than 100 beats per minute, which is the rate you should push on the chest during CPR. Come get trained in Hands-Only CPR and you’ll take home a 70’s disco style CPR bling necklace and a CPR Anytime kit to share with your family so you can all know this important skill.

Join the American Heart Association and Blue Cross Blue Shield in this important mission to learn how to save lives. Please take 30 minutes of your day to learn the lifesaving skills of CPR.
