HOTEL INFORMATION

You're the Cure on the Hill 2013 will take place at the Omni-Shoreham Hotel in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Information on your hotel and how to reserve a room can be found in your individual travel memo. Driving to the hotel? Here are directions for your trip.

The Hotel has many amenities that you can take advantage of during your stay!



MEETING WITH YOUR LEGISLATORS

Soapbox Consulting will schedule ALL Congressional meetings taking place on Tuesday, April 9th. Please do not try to schedule your own meetings with your legislators. Lobby Day packets and training materials will be distributed at the event.


DRESS CODE

For this year's You're the Cure on the Hill we recommend the following dress code:
Monday, April 8th: Casual dress
Tuesday, April 9th: Business Attire (remember to wear red!)

What are we asking our Legislators for this year?

Our focus this year will be protecting the National Institutes of Health from current and future budget cuts, as well as garnering support for the Million Hearts initiative, which aims to prevent 1 million heart attacks and strokes over the next 5 years.
