Mission: Lifeline is focused on improving the system of care for patients who suffer from a STEMI each year, improving that system will ultimately improve care for all heart attack patients.

Anchorage Lifestyle Change Nomination The American Heart Association of Anchorage, together with our Lifestyle Change Sponsor Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, wants to recognize people who have made positive changes to improve their quality of life and health. No change is too small, and every accomplishment is significant. Nominations for the Lifestyle Change Award can be submitted by friends, co-workers and relatives. In addition, individuals are welcome to nominate themselves. Winners will be selected by a volunteer committee.
