Since Kindergarten, I have participated in Jump Rope For Heart and this year in middle school, Hoops For Heart.  Just after this year’s event my Grandpa discovered that he had an 80% blockage and had to have a stent put in his artery.  This experience has changed my life and helped me to realize how important my diet and exercise are to maintain my health for my future and family.
