Ingredients
2 15.25-ounce cans light pear halves, packed in fruit juice, drained
1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons light tub margarine
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons light tub margarine
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Place the pears with the cored side up in a nonstick 8 or 9 - inch square baking pan.
In a small bowl, using a fork, stir together the remaining ingredients except the frozen yogurt. Sprinkle over the pears.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the pears are warmed through. Top with the frozen yogurt. Serve immediately.
