I have tried to lose weight and watch my carbs to lower my blood sugar and I have not been as successful as I need to be. I am at a loss for what or how to cook for a diabetic.
I dropped my blood sugar for a while, by just not eating anything with carbs or sugar, but that was not the right lifestyle change for me. So once I started eating again, my blood sugar went up again. I would like to lose weight and lower my blood sugar at the same time.
Can anyone help me?
