Twin Cities Young Professional Ambassadors

Heart and Stroke Ambassadors of the Twin Cities is a community-based volunteer group made up of young professionals dedicated to furthering the American Heart Association’s mission to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. Heart and Stroke Ambassadors of the Twin Cities volunteer in the community, connect and network for social events, inspire with their stories, advocate, and support fundraising for cutting edge research.

How We’re Making a Difference in Minnesota:
  • Lobbied to pass Minnesota’s Statewide Smoking Ban.
  • Passed legislation to train MN high schoolers CPR and improve physical education and nutrition standards.
  • Help raise $20,000 in auction items each year for the annual Twin Cities Heart and Stroke Gala.
