Who We Are


HELP US CHANGE HEALTH TOGETHER!

We are a group of leaders who want to take action and make a difference by increasing awareness, education, and funds for cardiovascular disease and stroke while building a healthier Twin Cities.

It's about friends and coworkers to educate, inspire and develop the habit of philanthropy dedicated to changing the health of current and future generations.

Pub & Putt (Volunteer/Fundraise/Social)

A fun and quirky event for all. Event combines the pastime of miniature golf with the fun of a bar crawl! Volunteer during the golf event and in turn raise money for the AHA!

Minnesotans for Healthy Kids Day

Join with other advocates to talk with local legislators about the importance of policies that make our communities and children active and healthy.

Target Field
7 a.m 
 

Twin Cities Heart Walk (Volunteer/Fundraise/Recruit/Advocate)

Enjoy family friendly activities and an opening ceremonies program including mascot races. Then, walk to support heart disease and stroke research in a 1 or 3 mile route starting at Target Field and going through Downtown Minneapolis.

Ambassadors host a booth at the walk.

Twin Cities Heart Walk Post Party (Volunteer/Fundraise/Recruit/Social)

Ambassador coordinated and hosted post heart walk event immediately following heart walk.

May 

Stroke Awareness Month

Bring awareness to the warning signs of a stroke: F.A.S.T.
