The women of Pierce County are speaking up about the No. 1 killer of women -- heart disease. The good news is that by taking action, we can beat that statistic.
There are so many ways you can become an advocate of women’s heart health. Taking care of you is the first priority. You can become a Go Red ambassador and empower others to fight heart disease. Or support American Heart Association events in South Sound. Spread the word to those you love -- your neighbor, your friend, your mother or sister. When you speak up, you help save their lives. Below, you’ll find more ways you can make a real difference.
