The 2012 Red River Valley Heart Walk at Scheels Arena on Saturday, April 21st, is our "mission in action."

Through the Heart Walk, we create opportunities for people to improve their health by walking and simultaneously raise funds to help fight heart disease and stroke.

This is Henry, heart disease survivor. Who will YOU walk for on April 21st?
Walkers can organize teams at the companies where they work or with family and friends.
Walkers ask others to support their walk effort by sponsoring them with a donation to the American Heart Association.
The Heart Walk is a wellness event that encourages healthy lifestyle choices.
