Iowa Fit-Friendly Worksites

MWA FFW headerCongratulations to these organizations in our state that were recognized in April 2014 and November 2013 as Fit Friendly Worksites. 

In 2013-2014  19 Iowa worksites received Fit-Friendly Awards: 13 Gold Level, 5 Platinum Level and 1 Worksite Innovation Recognition. Nationally we recognized 4,253 worksites representing more than 10 million people.

Fit-Friendly Worksites are recognized following two application cycles (Nov. 1 and April 1) by the American Heart Association as employers who go above and beyond when it comes to their employees' health.
