The American Heart Association is accepting nominations for individuals who have made positive impacts to the heart health of central Indiana residents and/or advanced the mission of the American Heart Association: building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.  

Nominations are accepted from the community for the following categories:

• Healthcare Professional:  Recognize efforts put forth by an individual employed in the healthcare field.
• Community Award:  Recognize efforts put forth by a central Indiana resident who is not employed in the healthcare field.

Nominations are due March 31 and awards will be presented at the Heart of Gold Ball on May 18.
