We are looking for volunteers to join us for the 2012 Lawyers Have Heart 10K Run and Fun Walk. We have many volunteer opportunities for the day of this fun event for both individuals and groups. The 22^nd anniversary race will be held on Saturday, June 9 at The Washington Harbour in Georgetown.

 

The Lawyers Have Heart 10K Run & Fun Walk is Washington's largest 10K race and the premier philanthropic event in the DC legal community benefiting the American Heart Association. Volunteers play a critical role in the event and will provide support at water stops, the Start/Finish line and assist with registration and the post-race party. Groups of volunteers are also welcome.

 

Since its creation in 1991, Lawyers Have Heart has raised more than $7.5 million to benefit the American Heart Association, whose mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. By participating in the Washington area's largest 10K event, you will help raise funds vital to the education programs and research of the American Heart Association.
